Proposed or confirmed date of incursion visit (bookings are for Monday/Tuesday/Wednesdays only unless otherwise has been discussed and confirmed)

Please write your proposed structure for the day. If booking a full incursion day then this would typically run from 9am-2:15pm. Each lesson is normally 40-45 minutes long with app. 15 students in each group. It is possible to do larger groups at your request.

I understand that I will find a space large enough to safely fit yoga mats for the amount of children in each group

I understand that an educator will accompany the students to each of the classes

I agree to kindly distribute and collect the completed enrolment forms from all students participating in the yoga classes and understand that learners without an enrolment form sadly will be unable to participate. Please hand these to Dee on the day bunched into the different proposed classes.
