What does a vacation care incursion day look like?
Previous to the incursion day I will touch base with the director and forward them a comprehensive mindfulness craft and resources ebook.
This book is full of great ideas for crafts, activities, songs and you tube clips to help the educators plan and prepare for the mindfulness day.
On the day of the booking I arrive 9am to set up and discuss the workings of the day, I will also bring with me some props and stories for the educators to use to support the day.

I will set up in an agreed appropriate space and commence yoga classes for groups of 10-15 students from 9:30am for 45min at a time.
For best results one of the educators are very welcome to also attend.
During the time I am there I am able to cater to 5 classes which equates to roughly 50-60 students.
I will finish classes at 2:30pm, pack up and touch base with the educators.
